The club shall be known as Unique Physique Gym. Management reserve the right to change rules, terms and conditions of the club without prior notice.

Members will conduct themselves in a quiet, well-mannered fashion at all times. Members who appear intoxicated will be refused entry. If we terminate a contract for any serious reason, we reserve the right to retain a proportion of the money which you have paid us under this agreement to cover any reasonable costs we have incurred as a result. Members expelled will forfeit all privileges of membership.

Any complaints unresolved at the time of the incident will be referred to and dealt with by the manager. The Club shall be entitled to make minor alterations, carry out remedial repairs or maintenance without prior notice, though of course, every consideration will be made to minimise inconvenience. Additional charges of up to £25 may be incurred for any unpaid Direct Debits.
No refunds for non-usage of clubs facilities. Photograph compulsory. Members can only suspend their membership once 6 months have passed.

Liability

A member or visitor engaging in the club activities or making use of its facilities is responsible for ensuring that he or she is properly equipped and that his or her state of health and physical condition are such as not to involve any risk to him or herself or any other person making use of the club.

Members using any piece of equipment supplied by Unique Physique Gym must be competent in its use or have received instruction by a Unique Physique Gym member or staff or affiliate to its safe use.

Membership Cards

When you join you will be given a membership card. You must bring your card on each and every visit. Your photograph will be taken. This will not appear on your membership card but will flash on our computer screens to confirm your identity when you enter the club. Membership cards remain the property of Unique Physique Gym and must be returned to the club if you cancel your membership.

Membership Commitment

You join the club for a minimum period of just 6 months. Thereafter, you can cancel your membership at the club by giving 1 full calendar month notice in writing to the club. All members will be issued with a receipt and must be kept as proof of cancellation.

What restrictions are there on peak membership?

Off Peak memberships are superb value for those members who can come during the quieter times of the day. It also gives you all day usage every weekend. Off peak times are 8.00am-4.00pm weekdays and 10.00am-4.00pm weekends.

Can I put my membership on hold?

No. Memberships are only committed to for a maximum of 6 months, therefore we cannot offer holding options. The gym is open 24/7 to facilitate our members.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. A fee is charged, (by Credit or Debit Card). Please check at reception for current prices. Should your guest choose to join the club that day, the guest fee will be set against their joining fee. You are responsible for the conduct of your guest during the visit. A member can introduve four guests at any one visit.

Can Children use the club?

Unique Physique is primarily for adults, but we welcome a restricted Junior Membership (accompanied by an adult) of £15 per month or £4.50 per visit.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Eazipay Ltd re Unique Physique Gym will notify you 5 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Eazipay Ltd re Unique Physique Gym to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by eazipay Ltd re Unique Physique Gym or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid from your Bank or Building society
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Eazipay Ltd re Unique Physique Gym asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time simply by contacting your Bank or Building Society. Written confirmation may be required. Please notify us.
