Mixed Martial Arts (Fundamentals). You can join our Mixed Martial Arts class for beginners on Tuesday 7:30pm to 8:30pm. M.M.A. - Mixed Martial Arts, as popularised by The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), has revolutionised the martial arts world. Sometimes called "Cage Fighting", this dynamic training and competition format combines the best of a variety of fighting arts. Competitors in this sport require a varied mix of martial arts skills and the techniques and strategies from striking arts such as Boxing and Muay Thai are blended with grappling arts such as Submission Wrestling to create the pinnacle of combat sports. Basic knowledge of one or more arts is recommended for training M.M.A. Our Mixed Martial Arts Class is developed to suit every fitness level, so whether you are brand new to Mixed Martial Arts or you have been training elsewhere you will benefit from our fundamental class.
