When you train hard you can often experience pain and stiffness in your muscles after. Sore muscles after physical activity, known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), this pain is common when beginning a new exercise programme, changing your exercise routine, or increasing the duration or intensity of your regular workout. Sauna is a great way to relax your body and reduce the pain, as well as to get rid of the harmful toxins in your body through sweat. It is our job to help you relax after a hard day, the sauna can do just that. Dimmed lights, quiet surroundings will give you the opportunity to unwind. Our sauna is located in the men's changing room and is open for use by all male gym members. It is a dry Finish Sauna that reaches quite high temperatures (normally between 70% and 100%). It will make you sweat, it will relax and refresh your body and mind.
